These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Aldar International and outline the rules and regulations for our client-provider relationship. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and all service agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person or company engaging our services. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to our company, Aldar International. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of our services.

1. Services and Obligations

Aldar International provides a range of IT services as agreed upon in a separate project proposal or statement of work. As a client, you agree to provide timely and necessary information, access, and resources required for Aldar International to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring all materials provided to us are legally yours to use and that our use of them will not infringe on any third party's rights.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights for custom work developed by Aldar International for you (such as software, designs, or code) will be transferred to you upon full and final payment for the project. Aldar International may retain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any underlying software, tools, or methodologies we created or own, solely to provide our services to you or other clients.

You must not:

  • Use any of our proprietary tools or methodologies outside of the scope of the services provided.
  • Misrepresent ownership of the final deliverables.
  • Redistribute our work without our written consent.

3. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices regarding the collection and use of your data. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

4. Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the services for a particular purpose, except as explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Aldar International, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait, irrespective of the location of the client’s residence or business operations. Clients whose business operations are based outside Kuwait are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
